Jaimie Haver is a different kind of CEO, she is the Founder and Chief Enthusiasm Officer of Happy Manufacturing, Inc., where she works with companies to help them optimize their processes by improving collaboration across departments, educating every person involved in a step about why what they do matters, not just in the moment, but somewhere else down the line in the life-cycle of the agreement, and documenting the heck out of the processes so they are clear for everyone.
Jaimie began her career in the equipment leasing and finance industry in 1987, and today, she will still say, “I love leasing!” Jaimie lovingly earned the nickname “Mother Funder” for her leadership and nurturing style. She has a deep appreciation for the services provided by the finance industry to companies of all sizes and trusts the work involved in delivering these services really matters, the work should be rewarding, and the work should be fun. Jaimie models her solution of putting FUN back in funding through disciplined processes.
Jaimie has benefited from performing every role in the life cycle of a lease and finance agreement, as an independent lessor, and with a bank owned leasing company. She retired as the SVP of Operations from Hanmi Bank Equipment Leasing Division in 2021, and quickly realized she missed working with the teams delivering financial services and coaching the next generation of professionals. During her years of service, she enjoyed sales, documentation, funding, and audit, so decided to continue to be of service and share learned wisdom and optimism, and put the FUN in funding, one process at a time.

Hello! I have an extensive career in equipment finance through various operational roles from third party risk and credit underwriting to documentation and customer service. Additionally, I wore many hats: management, data governance, reporting and analytics, system implementations, training/mentoring, technical writing, and project management. My career seemed to have a job description with a single bullet point - “other duties as assigned”. 😊
I love problem solving, research, and strategy. Innovating systems and processes, exploring connections, and creating efficiency energize me. Through years of collaboration, I gained a systems and process artistry of intuition and empathy. Refined intuitive skills allow me to recognize others’ questions and frustrations, which leads to streamlining processes, enhancing systems, synergizing technical documents, and creating transparency across work groups. I have a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership to connect all these pieces, which positively impacts organizational effectiveness, engagement, and business outcomes.
I love supporting people in career and knowledge development. Education and learning are highly-valued, and I am a life-long learner, with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. I value connecting to others through networking, coaching, training, and mentoring. Effective collaboration, an understanding of emotional intelligence, a belief in each person’s value, and a trust in the power of diversity allow me to positively impact team morale, engagement, and work culture.
I I have known Jesse for a number of years, going back to the days when he was working with OSG. I’m the past 9 years, my working relationship with Jesse has continued at LTi; and as always, Jesse has proven to be a dependable and extremely competent resource. Jesse’s professionalism is unrivaled; but as important, Jesse builds relationships with his clients that span years, which undoubtedly contributes to success on all sides.
I've worked alongside Jesse in the Equipment Finance Industry for a number of years. Jesse is dedicated to understanding the needs of the marketplace and finding a solution to increase the efficiency of lessors. Jesse knows how to build, cultivate and maintain a relationship over a period of time.
I have worked with Jesse as partners on many strategic accounts. Jesse consistently stays ahead of each opportunity, delivering value with each interaction. Jesse has a unique ability to develop and nurture meaningful relationships with his clients, prospects and industry leaders. He is disciplined, honest and possesses a fantastic work ethic. Highly recommend Jesse to any firm in need of a proven quota achiever who can improve customer relationships.
Brooke has become a tremendous asset to me over a short period of time. She quickly helped me understand the needs of my business and was genuinely excited to help me achieve my goals. She is going above and beyond to help me get the initial components of my business plan in place and is proving invaluable in the process. I feel she genuinely wants to help me succeed which is the most important quality of a business coach.
With Jesse’s knowledge of the lease accounting software market and Christy’s strategic background with technology related projects, we found a partner to help us define our long-term technology objectives while maintaining a focus on our people and operational requirements,” says Doug Houlahan, CCO of Clicklease. “Our planned technology objectives will help us support more small business owners to achieve their dreams and grow their businesses.”
I am recommending Brooke Eisenhart’s work as a business coach. Brooke actively listened as I talked about where I would like to see my business in the near future. She was able to guide me in the right direction with helpful suggestions to optimize my starting business. Not only does she have the resources and tools to share, she has years of real world experience to back up what she is coaching to her clients! Working with Brooke will be a valuable asset to my business growth as she can spot missing components and look at the full picture with fresh eyes. I am excited to watch my business grow exponentially with Brooke’s guidance and support!
